National Preparedness Month
SUITABLE FOR ALL FLOOD PROFESSIONALS
Every September Ready.gov promotes family and community disaster planning, as a part of National Preparedness Month. Being prepared helps reduce the impact of a disaster by streamlining activities, gathering resources, and saving precious time. We have created a number of resources for families and businesses to be better prepared. Join us this month as we spread the word about disaster preparedness!
Ready.gov has identified the following weekly themes:
- Week 1 – Build A Kit
- Week 2 – Make A Plan
- Week 3 – Prepare for Disasters
