The CRS Discount is calculated based on the Community’s efforts to reduce the risk of flooding. CRS discounts are shown on a flood quote/policy. You can find out if your Community participates by looking at the Community Rating System guide.

Mitigation efforts such as structural improvements (elevating ahome, installing flood vents, elevating machinery & equipment that’s below the Base Flood Elevation) may provide additional savings, consider higher deductible(s) and ensure sufficient policy limits.
