- NFIP Reauthorization News: The House and Senate extended the NFIP Authority through September 30, 2023. The President signed the bill which continues the current authority and contains no reforms to the NFIP at this time.

- Risk Rating 2.0: The phase 2 launch of FEMA’s Risk Rating 2.0 is here! Reminder, policies with renewal dates on or after April 1, 2022 will be renewed using the Risk Rating 2.0 methodology, and if applicable be placed on the glide path to full risk rating. In order to maintain any glide path benefits renewal premium must be received within 30 days of the policy expiration date or a new application will be required.
